Welcome to ArthNote, an accounting and bookkeeping application provided by Vaghela Softwares ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using ArthNote, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

ArthNote allows users to manage accounting entries, records, and business bookkeeping.

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you store.

4. Advertising

ArthNote uses Google AdMob for basic banner ads. By using the app, you agree to AdMob's ad content and policies.

5. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

✗ Use the app for fraudulent or illegal activity

✗ Modify, reverse engineer, or copy the app's code

✗ Interfere with servers or networks

✗ Use automated systems (bots/scripts)

Violation may result in account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to ArthNote belong to Vaghela Softwares.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the app without written permission.

7. Data Backup

While ArthNote may store data locally or on cloud services, we are not responsible for data loss due to:

• Device issues

• User errors

• Third-party failures

We recommend regular backups if applicable.

8. Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services such as:

• Google AdMob

• Google Play Services

These services have their own Terms & Conditions. We are not responsible for their behavior or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

ArthNote is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• Error-free performance

• 100% uptime

• Accuracy of your entered data

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vaghela Softwares is not liable for any loss, damage, or financial losses arising from the use of ArthNote.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Misuse the app

• Break any terms in this agreement

• Engage in unlawful activities

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of local courts.
